"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH MEALANIE. Last 2 years I had my policy with her, the handful of time I needed to speak to her She was nowhere to be found and never available to help the rare times it was needed. I when I finally did get to speak with her about my rates shooting up, she gave me the "everybody's rates are going up rebuttal" (And I understand many rates are going up) So I accepted that it is what it is. Then about a month ago I called to make my semi annual payment and I spoke to Peter (who I gave a 5 star review to for his assistance). Peter told me I wasn't taking advantage of all the available discounts, such as the defensive driving discount. I explained that I DO HAVE MY DEFENSIVE DRIVING CERTIFICATE & THEY HAVE IT ON FILE... Peter took a look and he saw that I DID send it & they DO HAVE IT since I opened the policy. He then assured me I would relieve a refund of about $600 dollars. I then mentioned I'd be looking into other Insurance companies and Melanie called me after I left Peter the 5 star review thanking him for Saving me money. She acknowledged that the D.D. discount wasn't applied and said I'd get the refund "In about 2 weeks"... I called Geico and my policy was CUT NEARLY IN HALF about a month ago. I then got my "promised refund" about a week ago and it was $25.00 (not the approximately $600 I was told by Melanie & Peter) I reached out today to speak to Mealanie and she "unavailable on the phone", I never got a call back. I call at 4:45 again before they closed and Brittney tells me Mealine (who I learn is the Office manager) is on the phone and she'll call me back. I tell Brittney I'll gladly hold on the line and Brittney then tells me "You're not allowed to hold, I have to keep the lines open for actutual customers and I see you closed your policy..." She then tells me that my DD discount was applied the whole time and I'm not getting any money besides the $25.00. WOW! SO ANOTHER LISCENCED AGENT & THE APPOINTED AGENT (ALSO THE OFFICE MANAGER) COMPLETELY MISREAD MY ACCOUNT ABOUT A MONTH AGO WHEN THEY BOTH AKNOWLEDGED IT WAS NEVER APPLIED? I understand rates.Go up and rates , go down and prices change. But even after Mealanie acknowledged her mistake she was still asking me to make another payment for another 6 months. That's when I told her I was going to make some calls. 1 call another company and my rate was cut almost in half. I was told I'd get a call tomorrow from Melanie... Yeah Melanie, ask for the blue guy in the corner. That'll be me holding my breath..."

"I called late on Friday before the holiday weekend. Jamie took her time to answer all my questions despite being close to closing time. She was super friendly and helpful! She took her time out to get me set up with insurance that day. Visited the office in person today and everyone was extremely nice. The office had a friendly, inviting atmosphere. I signed the necessary papers and they handle the rest. Would definitely recommend to everyone. I am a military veteran formerly with USAA and State Farm by far beat their numbers for insurance and I received better coverage and discounts."
